The mobile internet has already infiltrated the first step in recruitment, with job-seekers using their mobile phones to search for positions, receive job alerts, apply for jobs and track their application status.

To deliver a successful HR strategy, companies need to move from HR 1.0 to HR 3.0.

At this business seminar, Dr. Aci Ye, Chairman of Shanghai Rivfa Culture Communication and the Dean of The Bund School, will share insights from his past experience on HR's transition from 1.0 to 3.0, present innovative HR strategies and explain their significance, and explore ways to shift the HR mindset to mobile in this digital era.

The presentation will be primarily in Chinese with some English.

Dr. Aci Ye is the Chairman of Shanghai Rivfa Culture Communication Co., Ltd. And the Dean of The Bund School, previously, he was the Deputy General Manager of HR in Fosun Group, HR General Manager in Fosun Capital, Head of Service Delivery in Standard Chartered Bank, HR Operations Director in Alcatel Lucent Shanghai Bell, with 20 years’ accumulated experience in HR, he has very good insights in HR area including Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Acquisition etc.

Aci is also an active participant in Corporate Social Responsibilities, he is the EMBA course professor in Jiao Tong University, a career coach in Shanghai University. He received his Ph.D. degree from Fudan University, and MBA degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
